Welcome!

Sisters Saving Sisters (a non-profit organization) was founded in 1999 and is a support system for pre-teen and teenage girls who are in need of positive intervention in their lives.

High schools, middle schools, and to some extent, elementary schools across the country are experiencing challenges in addressing the needs of disadvantaged and at-risk students. The challenges facing these students are academic achievement gaps, suspensions, expulsions and drop-out. Drop-out rates are one of the more important statistics, which could be considered a culmination of the others indicators. Nationally, in excess of 700,000 students drop out annually prior to graduation.
